Morning Briefing – 7:00 AM
The day begins early at Energy Services, as our team gathers for the morning briefing. The forecast shows another scorching summer day ahead, which means our schedule will be packed with both routine maintenance and emergency calls.
First Service Call – 8:30 AM
Our first stop is a residential maintenance check in south Naperville. These preventive visits are crucial for keeping HVAC systems running efficiently. While some might view these as routine, we know that catching small issues early prevents major breakdowns during extreme weather.
Mid-Morning Emergency – 10:45 AM
A call comes in from a local business with a malfunctioning cooling system. In our industry, commercial HVAC failures require immediate attention, especially during business hours. The commercial-grade units we service are more complex than residential systems, requiring specialized expertise and tools.
Lunch Break & Training – 12:30 PM
During lunch, we participate in ongoing technical training. Today’s focus is on the latest energy-efficient systems hitting the market. Staying current with HVAC technology helps us provide better solutions for our customers throughout the western suburbs.
Afternoon Schedule – 2:00 PM
The afternoon includes:
• System upgrade consultation for a downtown Naperville restaurant
• Filter replacement at a senior living facility
• Quality inspection of a recently installed residential unit
End of Day – 5:30 PM
Before heading home, we ensure all service reports are complete and equipment is prepared for tomorrow. Working in the heating and cooling industry means being ready for whatever weather Illinois throws our way.
Being part of the Energy Services team means dedicating ourselves to maintaining comfortable indoor environments for our community, no matter the season. It’s a responsibility we take pride in, knowing our work directly impacts the daily lives of our neighbors throughout the Naperville area.
